The stay had some good moments. The room was clean and tidy. Nice that it had tea and coffee facilities available. The bed was comfortable, but that’s where the positives seem to stop. The heating was on full blast all night and I had no way of turning it off. The noise from others was quite disturbing. I could hear people coming and going. The door to my room felt a bit small, letting in way too much light from the hallway. Though self check-in was convenient, it didn’t make up for the lack of service on site. Located in a housing estate, it took about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Free parking outside was a plus, but I felt the overall experience could have been better.

the deluxe triple room we stayed in was real comfy and clean, loved the lovely decor, and the desk and mirror were super handy for doing makeup before heading out. beds were super comfy too! also, those biscuits were brilliant, for real, a favorite of ours!
but yeah, the only thing is, there were some stains on the towels and sheets, and the wifi didn’t work well with my phone.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28comfortable bedclean room
The room was spacious and quite clean and had a nice touch with two chocolate bars as snacks. Check-in was a breeze with the code system, you just punch in the code and boom, you're in.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still justifiable for what you get.

The design of the room was impressive, featuring a spacious bathroom and stylish decor. Staff interactions were positive. they promptly fixed a WiFi issue and were very accommodating. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and broken blinds. noise from neighboring guests disrupted sleep, making for a less than restful night.

Had a lovely time with my family at this cozy spot, especially enjoying the comfy rooms and the fast Wi-Fi to catch up on shows. There’s also a cute little garden area perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a small fridge available for snacks. Just a heads-up, we noticed some areas could use a bit of maintenance, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

Had a great time with friends exploring local attractions like the historic walls and River Foyle. The staff were super friendly and helped with taxi numbers. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was convenient. Definitely a spot worth staying at!
